If devolution has reached where makueni and migori people have reached,,then kenyans should know that they voted for the wrong constitution,,,i dont think our leaders deserves all this humiliation and in any case we might be having a very wrong,greedy generational leaders who wont make kenyas economy any better.kenyans are crawling to sustain salaries of the so called leaders and those leaders are busy fighting for who eats what??kenyans we really needs change of totally new breed of leaders who must be fresh to politics.
