Eddie Murphy…the comedian’s credits include being ranked the 4th highest box office grossing actor in the US, an Academy Award Nomination, a Golden Globe trophy, and two Billboard Top 40 hits. His first, “Party All the Time”, was written, produced and arranged by Rick James; it sold over one million units in 1985. Eddie Murphy’s second hit, “Put Your Mouth On Me”, proved almost too suggestive for radio airplay (#40 on airplay chart) but did manage a peak position of #27 on the Hot 100 as a result of single sales.
