Counting down now until we see who is running for office in Area H and the Town of Princeton. Lots of issues out there but I will start with one! Vermillion Forks Community Forest (our community forest) is administered by the Town of Princeton. I thought under that agreement a meeting open to the public had to be held each year to give an update/accounting of the activities. Harvesting is occurring in parts of the community forest. Do you know where, do you know the income generated and do you know where the dollars are being spent? I may have missed it but have not seen a meeting advertised. Each partner in the VFCF is in control of their share of the funds. Area H has used their dollars to invest in the communities within Area H. Many of the areas have benefited from this and have used the funding to leverage other funds and undertake works within their community. Once candidates are announced I am positive we can come up with questions on issues that will benefit our communities
