Counting it down to our first workshop of 2015 with the Tahoe Regional Young Professionals group. Our Visionary at Work workshop, will provide you with insight and tools to better balance the ideals of Innovation and Creativity. To provide you with meaningful take-away tactics and tools (eg a review of a simple forecasting worksheet), please be sure, prior to attending, to have in mind 5 creative ideas you would like to see implemented in your workplace in 2015. These ideas can range from new product lines to be introduced in your business, performance objectives you would like to empower your staff to better meet, or personal goals that will better allow you to achieve self actualization in the workplace in 2015. Beyond a presentation we will break out into small groups to further develop these ideas, determine the To Execute vs To Bucket List, and then finally help provide ideas on how to see to successful execution of your ideas. Pizza or similar eats will be provided. And to end the evening, a give-away to the person, as voted by attendees, as having the Best Game Plan for 2015.
