Counting our blessings...while taking our usual evening walk down our road a man in a pickup truck comes flying by, blaring his horn, loses control of his truck, runs partially off the road, smacks a sign, loses parts from his truck and keeps on going! If we had left our house a few minutes later or been walking on that side of the road we would have been goners. There would have been nowhere to run out of the way and stepping off the road into the grass as we normally do when a car comes would have done us little good. Our angels have been working overtime. And I have a few more gray hairs!
