Country Cabbage Soup 1 lb ground beef 1 clove garlic, minced 2 1/2 oz leeks, chopped 28 oz. can diced tomatoes 1 lb cabbage, chopped, 1/2 medium 3 stalks celery, coarsely chopped 2 C chicken broth 1 tsp salt, or to taste 1/2 tsp pepper, or to taste 2 tsp Splenda In a large pot, brown the ground beef, garlic and onion; drain. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Simmer, uncovered, until the vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes. Adjust the seasonings to taste. Can be frozen.
