Couple Arrested for Drug Possession Paris, Tenn. - Steven Dykman, age 26, of South Market Street in Paris, was arrested on Saturday for simple possession of schedule VI and for having drug paraphernalia. Deputy Wayne Fuqua of the Henry County Sheriff’s Department arrested Dykman and placed him on a $500 bond. Dykman’s fiancé, Desiree Villalobos, age 28, of Nobles Road in Paris, was also arrested for simple possession of schedule VI and drug paraphernalia. Haley Ramos of the Henry County Sheriff’s Office arrested Villalobos and she was placed on a $500 bond.
