Court Wants to Hear State Secrets from Security Chiefs The Lusaka Magistrate has refused to grant the application by former Zambia Air Force Commander Andrew Sakala to withhold part of his testimony until he is cleared by President Michael Sata. General Sakala who is jointly charged with former Zambia National Service Commander Anthony Yeta and former Zambia Army Commander Wisdom Lopa had asked the court to free him from giving out classified information in his testimony until he had been cleared by the President. The trio is charged with theft of K1.5 billion.
