*** Court result *** On 24th July 2014 at Peterlee Magistrates Court, two defendants appeared in connection with the same offence. Magistrates found him guilty and he was sent to prison for 26 weeks. His associate on the night was 31 year old Christian Osbaldestin of Moor Crescent in Gilesgate who also pleaded not guilty to one assault only. He was found guilty and given 26 week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, and ordered to pay compensation of £300 plus £200 in costs.
