Cous cous cake, ideal if on low fat as no butter added.... I ate something very similar in morocco... you can add rose water for a more ethnic taste... but this is just cous cous made up with water and sugar, leave 5 mins, fluff up then, added lemon, juice, dried fruit, and almond extract, but you can add anything you want... add 2 beaten eggs pour in cake tin and bake for around 30 mins gas mark 5....
