Crackhead day 4 - I need a lot more calories! Pause Bench 5x1@120, 130, 135, 135, 140x Slingshot Bench 2x3@140 1x150 Deadlift 2x2@230 Snatch Grip Deadlift off 4 mats 3x4 First and foremost I am happy to say that everyone on this program along with myself are pulling up extremely well day to day on this cycle so we have the percentages sitting just right. Secondly I need to eat a lot more! The second day after some heavy calories from junk food I am really struggling to get through workouts so I will try to slam in more clean calories otherwise I may just need to hit some junk food every second day to keep myself running. In regards to performance my bench felt quite strong despite feeling tired. I was not far off hitting 140kg which is an indication of my growing strength considering I am almost hitting the weight on my fourth day of consecutive bench. The deadlifts are definitely improving quickly. I worked doubles on the weight I was working single with on Tuesday so I may bump my weights up next week depending on how I pull up for squats tomorrow. All in all I am really happy with training right now. The body is holding up well and performance is staying strong despite issues with energy. Tomorrow I will hit some squats and bench to round up a strong week of training.
