Craft projects for this weekend....spray painted old white clogs with black chalkboard paint. Add one set of chalkboard pens and my shoes can be doodled to match any outfit, any mood! Project #2...old 150 lb (69kg) burlap coffee bean sack, 6-8 old bed pillows headed for the trash and about 1 yd cute ribbon. Stuff the sack with pillows and add an easy gathering stitch at the opening with your ribbon...you have a large, fluffable, nestable and easy to wash dog bed! Total cost....less than $10. Wasabi LOVES scratching and manuvering bed contents into nest like sleeping areas... She also rolls and scratches on anything with a heavy, abraisive texture ie: sisel, plastic webbiNG, BURLAP, rope, etc. So she is seriously in heaven with this new bed!!!
