Craigslist Ads; not all are recommended...there are fraudulent legal document preparation services that are actually practicing law that is actually against the law. they are out to just scam people and take monies and place falsifying ads and promising or making promises as to the outcome of courts and judges, owners, banks etc. courts are pro owners to all people that are being sued in unlawful detainers. these types of fraudulent scams are filing documents at court and alot of times not filing the proper paperwork, they are submitting incorrect and erroneous documents that are perjured and deceitful with the courts, with the ideologies of catch me if you can...the courts dont check anyways.......but watch out to those legal document services when you are reported to the court...that is federal time if im not mistaken. I am a Legal Secretary and not an attorney if you need information regarding the laws get a hold of me and i will tell you the truth.......
