Cream for arthritis and joint pain with Cayenne Pepper / Chilli / Chile . What is Cayenne Pepper ? The so-called red pepper or cayenne (named for the city of Cayenne in French Guyana) is the powder resulting from grinding the fruits of one or several species of Capsicum ( chile or chili) , previously dried . The most commonly used is the red chile ( serrano or tree ), but we are clear that what matters is capsaicin chili or cayenne . ■ 1 cup grapeseed oil (or other oil such as almond , olive , jojoba, coconut. ) ■ 1/2 cup grated beeswax . ■ double boiler pan . ■ A glass jar with a tight lid instructions: ■ Mix 3 tablespoons cayenne powder with 1 cup of oil of your choice and gives heat in a water bath for 5-10 minutes over medium heat . ■ Add 1/ 2 cup grated beeswax and continue stirring until completely melted and everything is mixed together . ■ Cool the mixture in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, then stir. Chill for 10-15 more and then stir again before putting it in a glass jar with a tight lid and store in the refrigerator. Dura approx. 1 ½ week potency. Apply daily as needed for pain. 2 - . Capsaicin Cream super strong. The more spicy chili is, the more capsaicin has , what makes this cream has a super strength . You need to : - 1 cup beeswax ■ 4 Tbsp Habanero chili powder ■ 4 cups grapeseed oil or another oil, such as almond oil, jojoba oil, olive oil or coconut ■ Gloves ■ double boiler pan ■ A glass jar with a tight lid instructions: - Mix 4 tablespoons Habanero chile powder 4 cups oil of your choice and heated in a water bath . - Let the mixture warm over medium heat for 5-10 minutes. After warm up , melt 1 cup of beeswax in the mixture and stir until everything is well mixed together . - Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the refrigerator , then stir. - Cool for 10-15 minutes and then stir before pouring more in a glass container with a tight lid and finally refrigerate . You must maintain your power for 1 1/2 weeks. Apply as needed for pain, stop use if irritation occurs . Three . Capsaicin Cream with extra anti-inflammatory components. This cream includes other notable anti -inflammatory and pain-reducing as turmeric and ginger and cayenne . You will need: ■ 3 cups grapeseed oil or any other oil like almond , jojoba, olive or coconut ■ 3 tbsp cayenne pepper / chili / red pepper ■ 1/2 cup beeswax ■ 3 tbsp turmeric ■ 2 tablespoons ground ginger ■ Container to use for bath instructions: - Mix 3 tablespoons cayenne pepper, 3 tablespoons turmeric 2 tablespoons ground ginger . - Add this to 3 cups of oil of your choice in a water bath and stir until well blended . - Heat over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, then add 1/2 cup of beeswax. - Stir until the wax is completely melted and everything is mixed together and then remove from heat and cool in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. - After 10 minutes , remove and stir well and then refrigerate for another 10 minutes , stirring once more at the end . . - Put in a glass jar with a tight lid in the refrigerator where it will keep for 1 ½ weeks. Apply as needed for pain, but with this cream , rub as far as you can and let it dry before rinsing. Turmeric really slick .
