Creamy Burrito Hotdish 1pd Ground Beef 1/2 onion (chopped) 1pkg Taco Seasoning 4 Flour Tortilla Shells 1 can Refried Beans 1 can Mexicorn 1 can Diced Tomatoes w/Green Chiles (drained) 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 4 oz Sour Cream 2 Cups of your preferred Shredded Cheese Brown ground beef and onion (Drain grease) Add seasoning and Refried Beans In separate bowl mix soup, sour cream, Mexicorn and Tomatoes w/green chiles Spread half of sour cream mix on bottom of 9x13 pan Tear 3 Tortillas apart and place on sour cream mixture Put 1/2 the meat and bean mixture over that. Repeat with second layer Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 30 min. ENJOY!!!!
