Created a profile on WorkAway to contact a few people about equestrian jobs in Australia. Got no responses from the horse people, BUT, I got an email from an Australian couple saying they couldn’t offer a horse job, and instead asked if I would be interested in an “eco” position? Being open-minded, I looked at their profile…. HELP AT A NUDIST RETREAT IN THE WHITSUNDAYS As a 5 acre hilltop nudist retreat,we have been hosts since 1999,since the g.f.c. there has been a drop off of travellers that suit us and how we live. We have inhouse accomodation for up to 6 people and a caravan as an overflow. We have a pool and landscaped gardens and fruit trees,we are continuing to improve the place and have some interesting projects for longer stay visitors. We are non-smoking ,rarely drink and cater for veg & non-vegies,the *nudism is a must* as it is warm here most of the year. We prefer couples but will take single girls,working time is usually in the mornings and afternoons are free.We enjoy helping people who are learning english and are keen to learn some bush skills.Our best time is from easter to xmas as jan/feb/march can be hot , wet and sticky!!!, thats it folks.P.S -from september 2013 we also have some paid work for beauty therapists or masseurs at our new spa salon for those staying with us on long stay. ….thanks for your offer, but I think I’ll stick to horses.
