Credit Card Collector The Collection Agent will manage an assigned portfolio using collection techniques and/or tools designed to reduce delinquency. This includes a daily telephone campaign to contact the cardholder and establish payment arrangements that will bring account to a current status by following all federal, state and local laws governing collection activity. Requirements High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred Minimum of 2 years collections experience Solid working knowledge of the FDCPA guidelines Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook Must be able to work flexible hours Inquiries to [email protected].
