Credit Controller Page Personnel - UK - Bridgend Summary My client based in Bridgend is looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join their well established Accountancy team Client Details My client is a large well established business based in Bridgend looking for to recruit a stand alone Credit Controller to take full responsibility of all the credit control functions including insurance policy covers. Description As a Credit Controller you will have full responisbility for the credit control function from chasing the debt to improving processes. Pleasee see responsibilities below Manage the debtor balances for all parts of the business leasing included Responsible for high collection values from a small number of clients Updating all clients on a monthly basis Reconcile statements Attend key meetings and ensure all collection information is accurate Produce monthly customer watch list Place accounts on hold when required Facilitate resolutions of disputes Work in conjunction with legal team Ensure credit insurance declarations are submitted on monhtly basis Apply for credit insurance where necessary Maintain and renew credit limits Make improvements and efficiencies where needed Report debtor updates Provide weekly credit control updates advise on potential bad debt Report overdue balances Report monthly actual v forecast as part of monthly credit control reporting pack Profile You will need to have a proven track record of Amanging the purchase ledger function and understanding of the complete process from ordering to payments Ability to communicate at all levels internal and external Knowledge of month end close/ reconciling procedures Strong \IT skills and preferably ERP system Experience of working wirth foreign currency Job Offer Excellent rates of pay and benefits Page Personnel - UK - 12 hours ago
