Creepy: stopping on the side of the road and flagging me down to get my attention as I walk/run Creepier: U-turning 3 times because I ignored you the first two times Creepiest: Following me to my apartment building and doing a slow creep and attempting to get my attention (Thank God the hot cop that lives in my building was outside washing his car!) Issue 1: Trying to "pick up" someone walking is CRAZY! Issue 2: There are two times when you NEVER disturb a woman: when she is eating and when she is getting a workout in Issue 3: YOU LOOK LIKE A CREEP! WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING IN THE WORLD? Are there no more boundaries?
