Cricket Association of Nepal has announced a 14 men CAN XI squad for All India Memorial Cup to be held in Banaras, India. The team is subjected to depart this Thursday and participate in the competition to be held from March 9 to March 15. “Mehboob Alam has been given chance to stake his claim” said Kiran Rana, the CAN official. The selection has been influenced by head coach Pubudu Dassanayake and CAN selection committee. The younger players who represented U19 team has not been selected for the cup. The team basically consists consistent domestic performers, former national players and reserve players for World T20. FULL SQUAD: Anil Mandal (C), Mahesh Chhetri (WK), Bhuvan Karki, Mehboob Alam, Ram Naresh Giri, Raj Kumar Pradhan, Chandra Saud, Aarif Sheikh, Rajesh Pulami, Bhivatsu Thapa, Prakash Bist, Faizlur Rahman, Sunil Dhamal and Haseem Ansari.
