Cristiano Ronaldo is a great player, and deserves to the best in the world but then comes Messi...! Both of them are great players...but CR7 can never be compared to Leo. 5 reasons why i think Ronaldo can never be compared to messi 1) Messi is the ultimate finisher he never misses those easy one on ones or tapins like ronaldo often does. Moreover his shot accuracy is better than Ronaldo which determines the number of goals he scores. 2) For those who think Ronaldo doesnt scores much as he is a winger..... messi scores as a CF and also gives more assists than ronaldo... doing the job of CF and WINGER at the same time and better than Ronaldo. 3) Freekicks- freekick is not about how you stand or what is your power or curl... its about scoring goals. Messi is better at them as his conversion rate is far more better than Ronaldo. last season freekicks- Messi 9 in 183 attempts Ronaldo 8 in 318 attempts 4) For those who say he needs Xavi and Iniesta to score... 19 out of messis last 125 goals were assisted by xavi and iniesta combined... 28 of ronaldos last 86 goals were assisted by Dimaria and Ozil... so its clear who need who. 5)Finally..Madristas who think scoring from 40yrds makes you the best player... i would like to tell you that Neymar scored from 50 yard, Xabi alonso from 70yards, David villa from 45yards... so are they all better than Ronaldo?? i guess they are not! and tell me how many times has Ronaldo has done so?? 4 or 5 times Messi doesnt take those attempts as barcas game is based on possession... and you are likely to score 1 in 100 shot like that....that is the reason Messi try to dribble all the players he can and pass the ball. Thanks... it was a bit long but you cannot deny the fact based on stats and field play that Messi is better than Cristiano Ronaldo.
