*** NEW REQUIREMENT *** HR COORDINATOR WITH WORKDAY OR KENEXA / BRASSING REQUIREMENT #14-00208 RECRUITER: NATALYA VOLKOV JOB LOCATION: PARSIPPANY, NJ DECEMBER 10, 2013 *** MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON OUR PAYROLL AS A W-2 *** Project Description: Under general supervision, conducts Human Resources duties in support of two managers and one representative located at the Corporate Administrative HQ. This position will assist with various administrative functions. Projects and support may include: detail work with HR data collection and reporting activities, data analysis and communication as required for HR activities, support for employee performance and development programs, coordination and presentation of employee information meetings, coordination of employee hiring and onboarding/orientation programs, participation in benefits administration and communication activities, research and investigation support. • Oversee and ensure coordination and completion of all HR data entry and update into various systems including Workday, RFR, Kenexa, etc; • Serve as HR administrative point person for the Corporate HQ employee base. • Ensure data is entered and kept up to date in an accurate and compliant manner in all HR systems • Assist in onboarding and off boarding employees at the Corp HQ locations. • Sending out notices for new hires. • Support the HR staff on recruiting efforts including initial data entry, scheduling, background screening, creation of offer and welcome materials. • Support employee questions on general HR matters such as benefits, projects and initiatives, etc. • Assist with gathering data and running reports as needed in support of business initiatives Required Skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Writing, analyzing, interpreting and applying Company policies and procedures in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. • Monitoring and assuring the confidentiality and proper maintenance of human resources information and reports. • Solid quantitative skills necessary to extract and analyze HR data and create HR related reports. • Strong organizational, project management and execution skills are needed, along with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as applicant tracking systems. • General knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday, Kenexa) a plus, HR terminology. • Broad knowledge of Human Resource principles, practices and processes. This 6+ month position starts ASAP.
