Critical Missing Juvenile - Elizabeth “Riley” Beutler (16 yrs old) was last seen Thursday afternoon, September 25, 2014. She is described as a white female, 5’4” 215 lbs, blues eyes, purple hair, large plugs in each ear. She ran away from home in the Newland Street and Adams Avenue area. She is in critical need of her medication. Witnesses told police officers they “possibly” saw Riley Beutler in the downtown Huntington Beach area. We have been actively searching for her since she was reported missing contacting friends and associates.
