Qualifications and Experience required: Graduate / Pursuing Degree/Diploma/IT, pursuing Graduation in any stream with an experience of 1 – 2 years in retail industry. Job Responsibilities: Financial: To achieve the revenue and profit targets for the store. Execute plans to maximize sales as assigned. Customer: Maintains positive relations and rapport with Customers. Using the technical skills and/or product knowledge to help the customers buy the right product. Handle customer queries effectively. Give tours of facility and provide customer feedback. Operational: Periodically, inspect and inventory check-out equipment. Perform maintenance/custodial duties as assigned. Attend mandatory Staff Meetings and Staff Training Sessions. Completion of all administrative paperwork during scheduled shift. Knowledge and application of equipment set up/take down procedures and its proper storage, as necessary. Assist with the various programs and facility operations at the Store. Operating point of sales register. Issue and collect check-out equipment. Knowledge of procedures in emergency situations. Providing spot coverage for fitness and other programming areas when requested. Knowledge of facility rules, regulations and philosophy of the Store. Other duties as assigned. Development of Store and marketing offering, and product knowledge operational staff.
