Crooked River CrossFit has announced the first of 3 workouts in their October 18th competition - THE GRIND! In event #1, each team member has 3 minutes to establish as many points as possible using only one of the following exercises: Rxd division: Ring Muscle Up= 9 points Chest-to-Bar Pull Up= 3 points Pull Up= 1 point Scaled: Chest-to-Bar Pullup = 6 points Pull Up = 3 points Jumping Pull Up = 1 point Each team member must declare the exercise they will be doing prior to the start of the event.
