He gave one of the most inspiring speeches Ive ever heard. He grew up in rural Nicaragua, his parents died when he was 16, and he dropped out of high school shortly afterwards and got a job so he could care for his 3 younger siblings. He cared for them until they completed high school and could take care of themselves. Then he finished high school, legally immigrated to the US, and went to college here until he eventually graduated with a PhD in Psychology. And after teaching at the college for 24 years, hes now the president. MMT
