Cross River Radio and the entire mass media in the state is ineffective; to say the least! The darkness in the minds of the people of the state lies in the mass media not living up to objective communication; the humans who man it should truely be ashamed of themselves (even though I understand they are stifled by the State Government)! CRBC (and even NTA-Calabar) contributes to the calcification of my brain whenever Im in Calabar; their programmes are intellectually insipid and their news is basically Govt House report (at best), or stale and borrowed news (at best). When the staff of these media houses hook up with Channels or DAAR Comunications dont they feel ashamed of their station? on all this issues?
