CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity across broad modal and time domains. However, training at high intensity at all times is not very smart and is not sustainable. Even the best cars need down time to get realigned, and oiled. Today was NOT about high intensity. Taking a regular session to focus on mobility might not be the typical CrossFit wod... But we know its what our athletes need inorder to keep performing and stay injury free.
