Cruising looking at lights with the family and on port stephens dr near horizons we saw a car hit a dog, clearly it was an accident and the person did not intent too but did. This person however did not stop or even attempt too, may have not felt or thought they hit the dog but I doubt it. The poor dog was limping so obviously we stopped. I struggled the poor thing into the back and he was in a lot of pain, took him into hunter rescue and there in the light we could see he had a snapped back leg. We dont know the owner but it seems they have tried to contact the rescue centre and hopefully will again. Mainly I want the scumbag who hit this poor dog to see this and maybe next time he/she will be a little less selfish. Once again this happened tonight on port stephens dr at around 8-830 pm please share so this lowlife may see this
