There are many resources available that can help you think of other ways to cope with emotional pain. Killing yourself is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. You should write an entry into your journal daily, even if the sadness is less. This way you can get a handle on your feelings and thoughts before you get very sad again. Talk to a friend who is always willing to help. Find a zen or relaxing place with them and then let out your emotions. Try not to be hesitant, especially if you know talking with them will help. If you are emotionally stressed about a persons actions or expectations, try talking to them. You may find it helps to tell them what youre going through.
