Cultural Project “Delphic Novosibirsk – 2013” The Cultural Project “Delphic Novosibirsk – 2013”, which for the first time united the Twelfth Youth Delphic Games of Russia and the Eighth Open Youth Delphic Games of the CIS member-states, took place in Novosibirsk from the 16th to the 21st of May 2013. 2437 artists from 21 world countries: Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Cyprus, Finland, Germany, Greece, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Slovakia, Sweden, Tajikistan, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, USA, - and 80 regions of the Russian Federation participated in the Games. For the first time the web television Delphic TV (delphic.tv) provided the live webcast from all the nominations of the Twelfth Youth Delphic Games of Russia and the Eighth Open Youth Delphic Games of the CIS member-states, and both opening and closing ceremonies of the Cultural Project – in Novosibirsk city.
