Cultural facts I learned about Jamaica today: One of their chief exports is bauxite, a material used to make aluminum; their unemployment rate was 30% in the 1980s, but has been reduced by over half in the ensuing decades; and if you want someone to offer you free cocaine, just sit in a parking lot for about thirty seconds. (Also, laying on a beach next to a man taking pictures of his topless wife is exactly as awkward as it sounds.)
