Cuomo or Astorino? Dont know what know what to do? There is another choice. Michael McDermott is running on the libertarian line. He is against Common Core and charter schools. He is against fracking. He has some great ideas how to boost the economy upstate, as well as give us cleaner energy options. This time, we can vote with our conscience with out feeling like we are throwing our vote away. He only needs 1% of the vote to get automatic ballot access for the Libertarian party. This means that when Cuomo wins (he is ahead in all the polls) we do not have to wait another four years to make changes. We can start electing passionate people like Michael McDermott and Gigi Bowman into local offices to start fighting for the causes that are important to us like a great public education, clean energy, the right to defend ourselves, labeling of GMOs in our food and so much more. I feel as if my children are growing up in a fish bowl with cameras everywhere and big businesses scrambling for their personal data. Libertarians will fight for our individual freedoms. Democrats, Republicans....getting harder to tell them apart. They are all backed by the same self serving corporations and billionaires. A vote for Michael McDermott is a vote for change, right now!
