Curbs on Muharram march in City: The Jammu and Kashmir government Monday decided to impose restrictions across the Srinagar city on public assembly on November 13 and 15 in view of Muharram. Official sources said on November 13, restrictions under section 14 CrPC will be imposed across city in areas under the jurisdiction of police stations Saheheed Gunj, Masiuma, Kothiubagh, Batmaloo, Ram Munshi Bagh, Karan Nagar and Sherghari. On November 15, the sources said restrictions will be imposed in areas under the jurisdiction of Mahraj Gunj, Khanyar, Nowhatta, Safakadal ad Habbakadal.
