Current vacancies Sustainable Fisheries Advocate (Market Engagement) WWF-New Zealand is seeking a proven persuader and advocate to work with different businesses to help achieve transformational change in New Zealand’s fisheries. Do you have a proven track-record in building relationships and advocating change? Do you want to make a difference to New Zealand’s natural environment? Are you interested in working with companies to change the way they do business? If so, we want to hear from you. WWF-New Zealand is looking to recruit a new position to join our Campaigns team and help meet the challenge of turning New Zealand into a true world leader on sustainable fisheries. This exciting new position will focus on building relationships with different stakeholders in the New Zealand fisheries supply chain, to bring about tangible change to the way fish are caught in our waters. The position is permanent, full time, and based in Wellington. WWF-New Zealand has secured funding for one year for this work but is seeking to extend this into the future. The successful applicant will need to be a persuasive communicator, able to understand complex information, able to develop and maintain relationships with a range of individuals and organisations, and a positive team player.
