Current weight loss angel group info ! my First officail weigh in tomorrow from 8am (this is my start date or use last Mondays weigh in) I will have 6 sets of scales to speed up process 8.30am will be my first fitness testing (dont stress just a good way to set a bench mark to see how you progress through 12 weeks ) 12 minute run max push ups in 1 minute max squats in 2 minutes max sit ups in 1 minute max burpees in 1 minute max plank hold The whole idea of the 12 weeks is to simply inspire and motivate people to exercise and try to make healthy food choices, we want our community to be the best version of itself ! a group of people supporting and guiding each other to succeed. as most of you are aware I am attempting to run from Sydney to perth later in the year and you guys are supporting that so thank you. keep in mind everyone has been advised to seek medical advise before they start any form of exercise. I am simply training to drop weight for my run and sharing how I do it, you are welcome to follow along but do so at your own risk, do so voluntarily and know I am not providing any professional advice, I am not acting as a trainer or providing a service or insurance. in saying all that I hope people come together and share positive attitudes and strive to motivate and support each other in a common goal of being healthy and happy !
