Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: -Provide IT help desk, server and network support for diverse customer base. -Interact with customers by providing remote support and/or on-site support. -Supports computer network and telecommunications infrastructure; routers, switches, circuits and other devices, including VoIP. -Multi Task in a fast paced environment. -Manage Customer and in-house projects as assigned. THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. Qualified candidates will possess the following: -Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience and industry technical certifications (MCSE/MCITP, A+,) -Proficient in Windows Server 2003, 2008 and 2012; Exchange and/or SQL, Cisco IOS, DNS, WAN, LAN. -Expereince with VMware and other virtualization technologies; Disk2Vhd. -Active Directory Administration experience -Group Policy Administration experience -Previous cabling and VoIP telephony experience strongly desired -Proactive, self motivated and able to work independently -Good judgment and excellent problem solving skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Strong attention to detail while multi-tasking.
