Currently there is a delay in redemption for codes on some Servers. Our team is investigating. We suggest you check your mailbox in a bit, as it just appears for now to be a slower time for distribution, in some cases upwards of 15-30 minutes, while you are online. You might also try to delete all your old mail then log out and back in. If you still need assistance after today, please tell us the server you play, in a private message, so we may get you a replacement code.
