Currently there specific contraceptives on the market which are being found to have established links to a very severe and incurable illness called Secondary IH (Intracranial Hypertension). The pharmaceutical companies arent properly warning females about how taking these brand named contraceptives could result in Pseudotumor Cerebri. A disease which can ultimately lead to tumor like brain symptoms - such as: loss of vision, high pressure in the brain due to excessive fluid, memory loss, ringing in the ears and severe debilitating headaches. Ive spoken with a 17 year old affected who stated shes had 6 related brain surgeries in less than a year. Our Mission: Our goal is to raise as much awareness as we can about these contraceptives and the disease linked to them. So many women arent even given the right of information about this serious risk. If we can even inform just one person about how dangerous and serious this is - we have fulfilled our entire purpose of this project. We want to not only inform but give those who have personally undergone this issue a potential method of help, as well as give those who are genuinely interested in making a difference the tools and information necessary to do so. There is currently a mass torte suit being formed in order to not only hold the pharmaceutical companies accountable for the synthetic chemicals which have been determined to specifically be linked to this illness but as I have stated to raise awareness so that maybe your, sister, daughter, niece, wife will hopefully not be one of the thousands of women who are now in chat groups and fb groups from all over the world trying to comfort each other and pep talk each other as they hurt and suffer watching their daughters heads being shaved at 16, 19 for yet another procedure. There is currently a petition that has been started and I have information for the mass torte case as well. The case is currently about 155 retainers short of finally pulling these contraceptives from the hands of the next potential victims.
