Customer Service Excellence..... So I receive an automated call from a company I have been dealing with since the accident. The bot asks me if I have been satisfied with my services recently. I had several complaints I wanted to pass along because the service quite frankly has been horrific. Upon responding no it asked me to please hold the line while it tries to contact a representative to speak to me about my issues. I hear it ring 20 to 25 times and then finally it gives up and says were sorry but nobody is available to assist you at the moment. #epicfail
