Customer Service Executive (RM 2500) Job Responsibility - Manage all day to day activities in the import and export of products - Manage systems and documentation flow and ensure accuracy of documentation without delay - Liaise with customers & internal dept. to ensure timely delivery of goods - Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing department - Assist management in ensuring all documents are current and updated - Communicate courteously with customers by email, telephone or by person - To maange all others tasks as assigned by the Management of the company Require - Must possess at least SPM - Able to converse and write in mandarin will be an added advantage - Prefer someone with 1 year experience - Female Preferable
