Customer Service Representative - Client Services > Close Date: 2014/11/20 Summary Tracking Number CT131114-OPS-AC Job Title Customer Service Representative - Client Services Reporting To Team Manager Job Type Classification Permanent Location - Province Western Cape Division Operations Job Description The Operations Customer Contact Centre, located in Cape Town, currently has a vacancy for a Customer Service Representative in the Client Services Team, who, reporting to the Team Manager, will provide mainly telephonic support (but not limited to) to the needs of MWEB customers within the prescribed scope of support. The individual will need to exceed customer expectation by understanding the requirements of the customer and by delivering fast, professional support, accurate and relevant product and billing information and, to resolve or correctly escalate the customer. Customer service representatives are responsible for customer interactions that result in resolved queries within the scope whilst ensuring that quality and cost effectiveness is maintained. Duties & Responsibilities • Ensure all customer details are captured accurately on MWEB systems and applications • Telephonic Reconciliation of accounts • Liaise with other divisions to effectively resolve client queries • Creation of invoices and statements Required Skills • Excellent written & verbal communication skills (bilingual) • Computer literacy (MS Excel and MS Outlook knowledge) • Selling and business retention skills • Numeracy skills • Basic accounting knowledge • Results orientated and target driven • Excellent Listening and reading skills • Attention to detail Qualifications and experience required • 2 years Customer Service experience in a customer telephonic support environment is essential • Minimum Matric qualification is essential Equity Statement Equity Statement We are committed to Employment Equity when recruiting internally and externally.
