Main Purpose of the role: To manage the strategic and operational customer relationship including service related queries, delivery related queries and strategic collaborative work. Also liaise closely with CD, Plan and Unilever warehouse and distribution teams to ensure customer service is achieved and efficiencies continuously improved. To co-ordinate flawless execution and delivery of key promotional events. To create and implement Joint Business Plans, driving collaboration between the customer and Unilever. Drive Unilever Global best practices (Collaboration planning forecasting and replenishment, Vendor Management Inventory).
