Customer service truly is becoming a thing of the past! I hate when I am shopping and being rung up and the sales clerk is busy talking with other sale clerks among themselves, they are so busy while you are shopping it never occurs to them to ask if I need help, even saw one sales clerk trying on pants and modeling for another clerk while I was trying to get their attention, annoying! Yes, its Loft at Alamance crossing, they didnt used to be like that, must be new staff! Off soap box now!
