Cut the fabric for Yona tonight and decided that I wanted to cut it on the bias to help with the folds so I unfolded alllll my fabric and it didnt quite fit in my room! Couldnt get all of the pieces on either, looked online for some bias cutting tips and saw someone using their kitchen floor, moved to kitchen and unfolded it even more. Spent about an hour laying out each piece and traceing it out, so did that 10 different times. Remembered an hour later I could have just folded from a square into a triangle to get the center fold I needed while still on the bias, doh. And then I spent an entire episode of Agents of SHIELD standing in front of my computer, one leg on the chair helping to hold up my fabric while I cut through it since I didnt have a big enough cutting mat/piece of cardboard to use my rotary blade. Turns out that fabric cuts really nicely on the bias but had to switch my legs a few times because they were getting so sore from it!
