But whoever obeys the law is joyful. - Proverbs 29:18 (NLT) One of the functions of vision is divine guidance. Vision helps to guide us from numerous mistakes that other people are making everyday. It is possible for people to live carefree and carelessly when vision is not in place. According to our anchor scripture, When people do not accept divine guidance, they run wild. But whoever obeys the law is joyful. - Proverbs 29:18 (NLT). The best way to describe a man without a vision is a wild man. Many young people today can be said to be wild because they simply do what they want to do at every given time. They lack divine guidance which vision gives. God never created any man or woman without divine guidance but it must first be discovered before one can benefit from it. It is always very easy for someone to know if the vision you claim to have is true. How constrained are you? Are there some things that you cannot do simply because of the vision you have? Are there friends you cant just move with because of your vision? To what extent do you think you can sacrifice pleasure just to see the accomplishment of your vision? No man or woman of vision can comfortably go wild because the vision controls the visioneer. Sit down and count the cost of that vision you claim to have and prove to others how much you believe in your vision by giving it all it takes to succeed. Whoever obeys this law, happy will that person be. Selah! Pray with me: Dearest Father, help me to give my vision all it takes for accomplishment. Give me the fortitude to pay the price it requires from me in Jesus Name!
