The totality of your health includes good nutrition, physical exercise and general hygiene. You can t afford to do anything with your body because anything you do will tell on your health. People go for tattoo, piercing and plastic cosmetics and tamper with the natural beauty God has given them. The health plan is key because it tells on your age and life span. Though the suggest 70 as the life span but by your own deliberate plan you can increase or reduce it. PERSONAL HYGIENE-so many people believed that hygiene is of age long practice and so it can no longer be applicable today, on the contrary is even more needed today than ever. Your underwear, hair treatment, finger nails and general domestic upkeep general rules use water frequently for inside and outside thorough cleansing, avoid been choked in a poor ventilation atmosphere.
