Position: Operations Leader This person should be an entrepreneur and excel at management to maintain an efficient supply chain model between our customers and suppliers. It is equally important for the person to be a strong marketer, and to focus on reaching out to new customers in order to build ‘Daily Fresh’ into a popular local consumer brand in the coming six months. Job description: • Identify & maintain relationships with multiple vendors for our products • Work with our product development team on building exciting new products and test them in the market for instant customer feedback • Initiate creative marketing campaigns • Identify, negotiate and manage strategic fleet partnerships in various localities to handle logistics of daily deliveries • Communicate the needs of the customers & vendors to the management Customer support, local marketing, supply chain management, service quality management, and social media — each of these will come under the Operations Leader’s responsibilities. Ideal Candidate: • A young energetic person with an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to lead • Ability to multitask in order to handle customer calls or queries, manage delivery boys and deal with vendors/food suppliers • Self-confidence to manage the startup and achieve targets in a timely manner • Should be hustler and use resources intelligently Basic Skills/Qualifications: • Fresh College Graduate / current students (Internship) • Proficient in English, Hindi and Bengali • Comfortable with computers, Microsoft excel, Mobile apps and Skype • We will prefer previous experience in e-commerce/deliveries/ retail/ food companies; although experience is not necessary Expected CTC: 2 - 4 lakhs negotiable based on experience & skills Interested students are requested to mail their RESUME at: [email protected] or call at +91 98312 07000 with in 7 days
