DANGERS OF THE DUAL IDEOLOGY IN THE NIGERIAN CONSTITUTION - TopicsExpress

DANGERS OF THE DUAL IDEOLOGY IN THE NIGERIAN CONSTITUTION EXPOSED In the 1989 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Section 1 guarantees that the Constitution of Nigeria is SUPREME to all other laws in Nigeria. And Section 38; Paragraph 1 guarantees freedom of religion, belief, choice, and association, etc., right? Ok, but the same Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with the above supposed expressed GUARANTEES also has provision for Sharia; being Islamic legal statutes in which such laws also equally expressly guarantee that those who dare to deviate from Islam and embrace any other religion must die, right? Suffice it to add here that the Islamic religious cult, Boko Haram is happily and fully onboard with legal provisions of Sharia laws. Ok, in analyzing the above incongruity, lets chew on the following notable mentions in the very same 1989 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria - Islamic religion mentions in the 1989 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria: SHARIA - mentioned 73 times ISLAM - mentioned 28 times GRAND KHADI (QADI) - mentioned 54 times. Meaning of Khadi or Qadi: A Qadi (also known as qaadi, qaadee, qazi, kazi, quazi, kadi or kadı) (Arabic: قاضي qāḍī) is a judge ruling in accordance with Islamic religious law (SHARIA), appointed by the ruler of a Muslim country. Qadis traditionally have jurisdiction over all legal matters involving Muslims. The judgment of a qadi must be based on ijmah, the prevailing consensus of the Islamic scholars (ulema). MUSLIM - mentioned 10 times Christian religion mentions in the 1989 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria: CHRIST - no single mention of CHRIST CHRISTIAN - no single mention of CHRISTIAN CHRISTIANITY - no single mention of CHRISTIANITY CHURCH - no single mention of CHURCH Are you getting the point yet or you are still simply engrossed in your Christian Prosperity Mode? Ok then, here are the importantly critical questions or foods for thought: Considering the above problem of DUAL IDEOLOGY in the Constitution of Nigeria and in accordance to these Provisions of the fake supremacy of the Nigerian Constitution, is it fair to accept that the Federal Republic of Nigeria is essentially already legally an Islamic Sultanate? Is Nigeria an Islamic State, Christian State or Secular State? Will Nigerian Christians survive the OIC Islamic Agenda over Nigeria? If you believe you are a Christian and a Nigerian, it is time for you to wake up from your spiritual slumber and hear Bosun Emmanuels message to you and your church in Nigeria!!!
