DARLINGTON Bendi/Flexi Forklift Truck Operator Full time Salary 14,000.00 - 16,000.00 per year As a leading distributor of bicycling accessories and clothing in the UK, we continually strive to improve the way we work and we are looking for Bendi/Flexi Forklift Truck Operators to join our thriving team at our newly re-fitted warehouse in Darlington. You’ll be experienced in working within a fast paced multi-product warehouse environment and your responsibilities will include: - - Unloading, breaking down and palletizing of goods received - - Transferring pallets to/from the pick mezzanine area, identifying the relevant stock and loading this to the pick level. - - Locating palletised stock to bulk store - - Loading palletised orders to wagons for dispatch The roles offer the opportunity to work within a bar coded multi-level pick set-up where deliveries of stock are received daily. If you are hardworking, conscientious, reliable, have good attention to detail and are physically fit, you are likely to suit our team. If you are used to a bar code/scanner warehouse set up, so much the better. Working as part of a team focused on delivering a first class service to our customers, a positive and flexible approach is essential so that we can respond to changing priorities across the Warehouse Departments. Effective communication skills will help you liaise with colleagues and easily integrate with our existing team. We offer a great working environment with a friendly team, along with training and a competitive salary package, including pension and bonus. Additional Information Hours of work – 39 hours per week worked between 7am and 6pm (depending upon warehouse department working within) Holiday - 22 days on starting, increasing with service (+ stats) Salary package on starting - £14,000 - £16,000 per annum basic (dependent upon experience), plus bonuses.
